2. What is your return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached
    Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Are there shipping costs for returns?

  • Faulty / damaged / incorrect items: DevEra Fashion covers return shipping.

  • Change of mind / wrong size: Customer must cover return shipping costs.


4. How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. How do exchanges work?

To exchange an item (size or colour), please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order for the correct item
    This ensures faster and accurate processing.


6. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within New Zealand only.


7. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow delivery updates anytime.
