DevEra Fashion – Refund & Return Policy

At DevEra Fashion, we want you and your children to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: DevEra Fashion covers the return shipping cost.

  • Other returns (change of mind, wrong size): Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@deverafashion.co.nz with your order number.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final are not eligible for return.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
